**If you’re not happy with your purchase, kindly send the items back for an exchange or credit.

FYI:

  • Your order will be returned at the customer’s expense if a return is not made with a completed returns form within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • Within 15 days after receiving your orders, you have the right to select an exchange, refund, or credit if the items are dangerous, defective, or do not match the applicable specifications or descriptions at no additional charge.
  • If, within 15 days after delivery, no notification is received indicating that the goods do not match the applicable specifications or descriptions, the goods will be assumed to have been accepted in acceptable order and condition.
  • During the period from December 1 to January 31, orders will have an extended return and exchange period of 40 days.
  • Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.

 

RETURN OPTIONS
  1. Choose to swap for an item of the same value

  2. Items with a higher value will require an additional payment to cover the price difference if the product doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item

  3. Items with a lower value will have a credit or refund provided for the price difference if the product doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item

Notice that if the product which you have been received is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, you would be charge no cost for return shipping.

Unless faulty, you’re responsible for the shipping costs to return garments to us.

Schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays. Allow 7 days for us to process your request upon receipt. Please notice that you will have 7-10 days from delivery day to return.

**Please note that return estimate time is not guaranteed & may increase during the Winter Holiday season.**

* For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept items where the garment tag has been cut or removed. Thus Items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.
